Our standard order fulfillment lead times are typically 1-2 business days. If it’s still within that time range, chances are we’re still preparing your order to ship. Most in stock order, if placed by 2pm Eastern, will ship the same day. If it's been longer, search your email for the heading “A shipment from order number RRXXXX is on its way”. This email will contain your tracking number. If you are unable to locate this email, check your “Spam” or “Promotions” folders, sometimes our correspondence gets flagged when it shouldn’t be. When all else fails, we’re only a phone call or email away.
