Can I exchange a product for a different one?

We are unable to offer direct exchanges due to our payment processing system. Don't fret, In lieu of a direct exchange, we can take the product back on a standard return and refund the product cost  back to the original payment method used for the purchase. You can place a new order the item you need without waiting for a return to come back and be processed for an exchange. Once we process your return, please allow a few business days for it to post back to your original payment.
