How do I return a product?

All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization. Don't worry, we make the process painless. Simply email Support@therodrig.com with your order number, the name and quantity of the items you wish to return, as well as a reason for the return. We will process the RMA and email you a return shipping label to get the product heading back to us! Please note, we can only accept returns on items purchased directly through us. Orders placed through other online retailers must be processed through the merchant it was purchased from.
